In addition, the cladding of the palisade offers local residents a pleasant view of the project, enhanced by the cladding of the site’s living quarters, designed as a trompe l’oeil to blend in with their immediate surroundings. A micro-perforated tarpaulin that lets in natural light to illuminate the offices was installed, using the surrounding vegetation typical of this part of the Promenade des Anglais, namely pine and palm trees.
